November Established EMC Ohtama in Ashigawa-mura, Yamanashi.
1990
January Registered by VCCI (Voluntary Control Council for Interference by Information Technology Equipment) 
Started EMI (emission) measurement.
1990
May Registered by FCC (Federal Communications Commission)
1996 November Established TPS Ohtama and started EMS (immunity) testing services.
1997 June Accreditated by NVLAP (National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program) for ISO17025.
2000
October Started Telecom/Radio wave testing for Europe market to meet R&TTE objective.
2001 October Started Product safety testing laboratory exclusively for medical devices (IEC 60601-1).
2002
July Registered as a certification body for Telecom/Radio wave testing for the Japanese Radio Law.
August EMC Ohtama changed its company name to TÜV Ohtama.
October TÜV Ohtama merged and acquired TPS Ohtama.
2003
January Started product safety testing service for other devices as well as medical equipment.
2005
November Accreditated by CBTL for product safety testing (valid until September, 2013)
2006
March Established Tokyo laboratory in Kawasaki-shi.
2007
January Company name changed toTÜV SÜD Ohtama.
February Japanese version of "Interference Technology", EMC bi-monthly eZine first published.
May CBTL scope extended including EMC and OFF (IT equipment: IEC 60950-1)

2008
March VLAC ISO17025 certified.
April Authorized by MIC as a certification body under Radio Act registration.

February Opened Tokai EMC Center (current Fujimatsu Lab.)

April Opened Astronaut Noborito Lab (current Noborito Lab.)

October Comapny name changed to e-OHTAMA.

March Registered as a CARAT (Certification After Recognition of Agent's Testing) Partner Lab by TÜV SÜD Japan.

June Kariya Ekimae Laboratory opened.

June Established Ashigawa Keiryu site (field test site).

June Launched "e-MotorChamber", EV motor testing system.
